The assessment will focus on conducting a TOWS analysis for UnitedHealth Group. The organization is known for its integrated approach to healthcare, spanning insurance coverage, care delivery, and technology solutions. Leveraging extensive data analytics and technology, particularly within Optum, UnitedHealth Group drives innovation and insights into healthcare trends. Now, we will discuss the findings from the TOWS analysis for UnitedHealth Group and will develop alternative strategies for addressing the weaknesses and threats and using the opportunities. 

Strengths
